Step 1) Open VLC

Step 2) Click on the "Media" menu and choose "Open Network".
(On some older versions of VLC, this might be the "File" menu and "Open Stream" or "Open URL")

Step 3) Enter in the following address http://stream.kisl.org:8000/kislnew.mp3

Step 4) Press Play
